I bought a set of "used spindles in great condition" but when they arrived they were packed poorly, falling out of the box and one is bent beyond use. This "man" would not refund me $20 for the one bad spindle or even help me make a claim through UPS, at a cost benefit to him. (UPS insures for $100 minimun, he'd make $60 by helping me out, not too bright)

I'd pass on dealing with him.
