I sent him $50 dollars for some parts and never recieved them. He told me he had them all boxed up and now 2 months later, still no parts.

I wonder what I can do to find his phone number? Can this board give it to me if they have it? All I have is a po box. I want to press charges. Since I sent it through the post office this is mail fraud. I wonder if they can help me with this?
