It's a rating system similar to ebay feedback. Look at my personal and car info on the left under my picture. It says "Classifieds Rating" then a number. Check it out here:

In case Stevo or anyone else viewing Stevo's iTrader noticed, ghost stripes accidentally left a negative score on Stevo by mistake. ghost stripes contacted me asking if I could edit his rating as he had made that error. I fixed.
