I fear I may have been scammed for the second time in 3 months. I sent the m/o out for payment on 8/11 and have not heard anything. He has not responded to my messages or emails.

 

The last time it shows he was online was 8/8/08 ......so something could be wrong on his end. Have you tried calling him? You have his name, look up his number.

Plus he has had positive feedback so it seems like whatever is going on with your transaction isn't intentional.

Any details to what you bought, how much you paid and the terms? This area of the site isn't for "calling people out"....more information about your transaction or a link to the thread would be helpful to other readers.

While you feel you may have been scammed......I seriously doubt that is the case here......I bet something happened on his end with life that was out of his control. You should have tried to call him before posting this thread....do a little extra effort on your part.

 

I agree in part about the "extra effort",but shouldnt the SELLER that still has his stuff need to put forth and "extra effort" as well?????

 

Not if he died .....that's the point I was making, sometimes life happens. He may have had some life changing event happen recently.

I mean come on, he has shown that he has shipped stuff in the past, it just stopped all of a sudden....which is very strange.

Hopefully that's not what happened but you see where I was going. And these days you can still make phone calls.....not everything has to be done on the internet.

 

False alarm, my parts came today, but I still wish he would have returned my messages and emails, so wouldnt have overreacted

I have purchased from Clint and he did me right.

 

I am also waiting for some parts I paid for on 8/4/08 and I get no reply to my pm's. Last lime I heard from him he said my parts were boxed and ready to be shipped.
