Bought and paid for a Grant Steering wheel, was told it was shipped the following Sat.

shipping was stated on shipping website it could take up to 12 days

i waited 12 days before recontacting Cam91RS1 about the possibility of a Tracking number, he then told me he would check to see what was going on and get back to me the next day,

next day he sent a PM stating shipping company shipped item and it should be there, but it was his fault for not getting a tracking number and wanted to know what i wanted to do about it

i asked for a refund of my money atleast until the part shows and he gladly gave it back to me with no problems at all



only piece of advice i would offer to Cam91RS1 would be to maybe use a different shipping company.......it seams alot of your items are very slow to get to the buyer or never show up at all.

other than that i had Zero problems,

please do not spam this thread with your problems with Cam91RS1, you need to talk to him about it, and there are plenty of threads on this board that have gotten out of control about this seller

just stating that i did not freak when my part did not show and asked for a refund repectfully and was given my refund in an orderly fashion. Shows what can happen when you calmly work things out with somebody

 

if you read other post about this guy, this is how he works, he takes you money, never ships anything, then if you check back in, the part was lost and he refunds your money.

never seen anybody "lose" so many parts.

 

I've read every post i could about him, unfortunately after i sent the money for the part, i kinda knew after a week that my part was never going to show, that's when i started calmly questioning where my part was, and then asked for a refund, and luckily he did not drag it on and just gave me my refund

i guess this post was more of a, im not bashing the guy but here was my dealing with him, never got my part, going on three weeks now, but i did get my money back shortly after the shipping window passed,

if anybody is going to buy anything from Cam91RS1 i would suggested you ask for a tracking number and verify it is a good tracking number to your address when dealing with him or any seller on here that doesnt have the best of reputations

thats exactly my point here, I stayed calm through our deal never got hot headed, you never got hot headed, and you gladly refunded my money,

thats how any transaction should work if things dont work out,

Mod's you can lock this thread if need be, i dont want everybody to keep bashing, this was just my dealing with Cam91RS1, whether people take it as good or bad is up to them
