glass window
Is it possible to put a glass window for the rear window and still fold it down. I wouldn't want to down grade in size of a window either. Also i know it has to fold to, but has it been done. I was thinking it would be possible if used the windows of a 1968 shelby mustang convertible, but i don't know.

They make a top that does have a glass window for our cars, but the window opening is significantly smaller for the reason you described- a larger window won't fold down correctly.
I imagine that you could custom fit a 'split' window in the top like some M**tangs and Volkswagens have, but I also imagine that could get a little pricey.

In the pic with both, the IROC is closest to the camera
