We dont have any verts here in town i called everywhere, i might have to fabricate this peice....doh ! NEED MORE INFO
Sorry, from your description I am not at all sure which part you are talking about. Can you give a better description or even better a pic of the one that you do have?

He's describing the J-hook that latches into the tonneau hold-down latches. I think you'll have to fabricate it yourself.

Sorry i should have described it better, anyway its mostly stright, but it has a few little quirky bends in it, it has a large hole on one side for the riviet, and on the other end are two small holes on a flat surface where it would attach with two screws onto the back part of the top (it pretty much allows the back of the top to fold forward on "hinges" so you can make the tonnue pop up, and then the whole top would fold down to its standard location)
Hope that helps a little, im afriad this one will be tough to find, or nearly impossible.... thanks guys !

I understand now!
You are talking about the part that goes into the latches that hold the tonneau down.
I have not seen just that part laying around anywhere. I've seen whole tonneau covers but not just that part. I would guess that part will have to be fabricated.
Have you by any chance taken the rear seat and maybe even the sail pannel out on that side to see if the broken off part is still there? It would be a whole lot easier if you could find the piece and have it welded up!
Good Luck
