Roll Bar in Convertible

Well, bad news. I just emailed Spohn's tech support asking if a chrome roll bar could be installed in a convertible 88' camaro, they said no, "only coupes."

However I have seen a roll bar in a convertible before and liked it a lot so I want to do it.

Do you guys know any companies that make roll bar's for convertibles?

I dont care if I have to take out the back seats.

WOW! Thats a real nice roll bar! How much did you get it for, im doing a search for summit now to see where it's located.

I want to try and find a local place (im in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada) so I don't have to ship one.

Thanks, I found one sort of like that in my search. Were would you weld that? To the floorboard or something?

If I do get one im thinking I want to get a professional to do it because i've only welded about 8 real times (not including practice).
