Dates of ASC conversions
I have a theory that the asc conversions done each year are done IN the MODEL's YEAR that it is.
Example :a 92 convertible wasnt made (converted) till after jan of the year 1992.
This could be because of DOT regs which run by the calendar year and NOT the model year.
I have looked at 9 so far, all 90-92. All had dates on the ASC tag of the same year thye model of car is.
I could be wrong, it is a THEORY.
When was your car converted, versus its model year??

Transmission: T-5 / A4
Axle/Gears: 4.10 / 2/73's
yea, could be. I know i have the 90-92 top though, my bow is 51&1/2 wide, and i had a liner.. sooo.. go fish.
