Convert Parts on Ebay
Just for anyone who's looking for convertible parts, there's a company selling third gen parts this week on ebay. He must have had a couple of them, because he's got duplicates on hard to find parts. I just got the rear seat belt guides and the black windshield trim that goes at the front top of the convertible. The seller is "thirdgenparts" - happy hunting. I know I was pretty darn happy to find those parts, I've been looking for almost a year every week on ebay.

I'm so sorry -- it looks like he must have ended his auctions Sunday night. I didn't have a chance to post until this morning...but, I would keep my eye on thirdgenparts as a seller because he definitely has a couple of convertibles that he's tearing apart. Member

I've gotten almost all my 'vert parts from them. Watch out for shipping, but other than that they are great to deal with.
Kinda closing things down here at Thirdgenparts and most of the parts were stored for one or more of my personal projects. I know convertibles are not everyone's cup of tea but I've always thought they were very sharp looking especially with the top down. As far as shipping sorry I don't make those up, you can thank all the carriers who pass it on to us

Well, ThirdGen, if you have anymore convertible parts give us a heads up so we can be on the lookout for them. We all know how hard they are to come by -- sometimes I bid on them whether I need them or not just so I have them in the future. I don't think any company out there wants to take on aftermarket parts for these cars -- there just aren't enough of them out there.
Thanks again -- I don't have the parts yet, but I'm still happy I found them!
