I've been looking for weatherstripping for my vert for some time now. They just recently started remaking the top window piece for the passenger side.

hawks sell the 4 piece side window kits for $274.00 + shipping.
they also sell the 5th bow for $159.95 + shipping
Thats Over $430.

And i found they 1A auto.com sells the 4 piece window kit for $189.95
and they sell the 5th bow for $ 109.95
totaling $299.90

Do you guys know where else sells them, or the quality of the 1Aauto.com parts?

thanks

Re: weatherstrip places
you can get a complete weatherstripping kit off of ebay for about $600.

other wise you have to buy them in pieces. & they may not sell some pieces

Re: weatherstrip places
at first I thought it was probably the same but not sure now. The Metro stuff Hawks carries is the same that is on Ebay. the warranty is better on the metro stuff than the stuff from 1 A 15 years on the Metro compared to 10 years on the 1A? so I am not sure if the 1A stuff might possibly be Softseal if they ever got around to making it like they were supposed to. If you are doing all of the weathersripping the Ebay deal is probably your best bet. It's $599.95 plus $21.50 s+h BUT it includes all the convertible top weatherstripping plus trunk seal plus door sweeps and gaskets. figure that stuff up and compare prices from any of them.
