I tried to get my top down and when I went to lift up the tonneau cover to put the top away, the cover will not lift up. My rear interior lights also do not come on, so I'm wondering if these things are related to a fuse? Any suggestions?

 

Yep. Check the fuses. I shorted out the fuse on my cigarette lighter and this happened. I think it was a 20 amp fuse you you should check to be sure.

My guess anyway.

 

same happened to me and it is the 20 amp fuse. I think i found a picture of the fuse box on this site.

 

Thanks guys, thats exactly what it was. When to Autozone and spent $4 on a new fuse. As good as new now and the everything now works!
