Help,i have an 88 gta cab,and need the rpo codes,the label were supposed to be under the center console lid,but its missing,the hole lid,
could it be somwhere else ??
is it possible to get the sticker from GM or ??
and where can i get new seat covers (blue tone leather)

If they are located like Camaros, also check in the rear storage compartment (although I think they put them there on later models). You might also, by rare luck, find a build sheet under the carpet or under one of the seats in the seat springs. You have everything on that.

 

On the 1988, it would have been placed on the inside wall of the center console, not on the lid itself. Open up the lid, and if there is the cassette tape holders, remove that. Hopefully, the RPO sticker sheet is behind that, placed on the inside wall of the center console itself. If not, you are somewhat out of luck unless you find the build sheet. You can order some documents that will list some of the RPOs, but my finding (and hearing from others), it's not always a complete list like the RPO sheet was.
