Well about 3 weeks ago I came across a 91 Firebird Vert that a college student was selling. The Car has 131k orig miles on it with the 3.1L and still runs like a top. I put new brakes on it all the way around, tuned her up with all the standard items, and got nice 16" American Racing Iroc Replicas on it, the only thing that's killing me are the busted GFX. I missing the hard to find front ones, and today my wife got the door stuck in the ground and broke the passenger door one. So my question is should I take them all off and get the bumpers swapped before repainting or continue to do the search?

 

Continue searching, since there is a long ugly bracket that holds the rocker panel gfx, and even with that bracket gone (you'd have to cut it off), the convertible frame reinforcement that is right below it will look weird too. That's why all 91-92 firebird 'verts came standard with the ground effects. Plus you'd have to patch all of those holes that hold the rest in. How bad are your front ones? I'm actually repairing mine right now.
