I recently found a 92 firebird vert for sale locally. It's a TBI 5.0 auto with about 120k. It runs lvery well. The body is in decent shape, however it is in need of paint. It has some minor odds and ends that it needs as well such as a mirror glass, fog lamp, and a new gear on the driver side light. and possibly a new top eventually. It has a few minor 1" tears. Anyway, what's the going rate for something like this? I realize that they are fairly uncommon cars, but also that a 5.0 auto isn't the most coveted setup. This is my 3rd 3rd gen and I beleivw the price is right at 3000, but just wanted some confirmation!

 

I know ASC convertibles well. That car sounds like a $1500 car at most especially needing a top, paint, headlight motor etc...

 

If you are buying it for resale, the lower price you can get the seller to is money in your pocket. If, however, you want the car for restoration and personal use, I would not let the $3000 price stand in your way.
