You'll need to search for those items, they are all covered in great detail in multiple threads.
In a nutshell though my thoughts are this:
The rear end swap is straightforward, unbolt the old and bolt in the new. The ebrake cable will need changed and the wheels will need to be changed since the 4th gen rear is wider. I have done the TBI to TPI swap but anymore I say it's just not worth it unless you got all the swap parts for cheap or free. The swap requires that you drop tank to change the pump (You do that for an LS swap), repin the wiring harness or use a new one (you do that for an LS swap), Change everything from the intake up except for the dizzy (a dozen more bolts and you'd have the engine out for an LS swap) You can do an LS swap for not much more time and money if you use a truck 5.3.
The access panel for the pump is a waste of time unless you plan on keeping the car for a while and will run higher pressures (higher for our style pump at least). Admittedly, I did make one in my Camaro but it was because the previous owner did a hack job that I had to fix.
The steering wheel and digital dash is just some additional wiring to run or swap over.
