Clean this car up really good all over--you'll be in a better frame of mind putting effort into something that isn't grungy. Fix what's easy to do and find parts for and make it look a little nicer as you go, and then decide where you're going to go with it from there. Keep---or sell. The amount of money you spend will increase a lot at this point if you keep.
The VX3 code in your RPO caught my eye. It translates to Fleet Use with some percentage of discount applied. Both my '92 Firebird convertibles have similar codes, like VX5 and such, there were different ones depending on the discount and type of use intended for the car, and both of mine turned out to start their lives as rental cars.
