How to make fan come on?

I've read posts about how to do the manual switch but i don't have time right now. I have a question, if I just disconnect the ac at the actual motor or take out the air conditioner fuse (it doesnt work anyway) will this turn on the fan?:hail:

Unplug the connector, and turn the ac switch to on inside the car.

Thanks for the response. I have one last question does it matter to what setting you put it "max or regular on the AC?
