Cannot keep my T/A from overheating, HELP ME!!

I have an 85 T/A, with a Big BLock Buick 430, 10.25:1 compression, .464, .488" lift,
31x19 dual 1 1/4" cores
2 12" perma tech fans, pulling 1650 cfm
a new air dam
A new working thermostat,
hoses arenot restricted, or kinked in anyway
water pump is brand new,
runs on 94 and lead substitute, and doesn't ping at all.
timing is set correctly as well
it overheats at idle, and when driving. any suggestions? thank you Joe Hurley

Axle/Gears: 8.8 rear, 4.56 gears, 4:1 transfer
Throw away the perma tech fans and get the dual 11" Spal or Be-Cool fans. They are the same fans.

I got mine for $239 from The Car Shop

Yes, exactly what he said. I had a similar problem just not as extreme and that cured me.
