Duel radiators
Duel radiators
My friend is going to try to put two stock radiators in his 3rd gen to take care of cooling issues. He is going to run them in-line with a piece of hose connecting the OUT of the first one to the IN of the second one. Has anyone done this before? If you have any advice/comments they would be appreciated.

Why on Earth would your need two radiators. It sounds interesting but I wonder if they won't be a burden onto each other. I mean without sufficient airflow across the core, it won't cool well. Where are they going to be mounted also? Get some pics of his installation if you can. I know I am interested!!

seems like the second radiator might just be getting heat, but i dunno.......
why not just go to a 31x19 universal Al one?

my next door neighbor did that exact thing last summer thinking it would keep his car cooler but he ended up over heating the car because the air flow wasnt going through properly and the fan would never stop since it retained too much heat and the sensor thought it was about to blow well long and behold the fan finally gave out while he was driving we just got off the highway because he was worried about the temp gauge and bam she went not only did the smoke just cover us but the rear rad literally blew up and antifreeze was everywhere it could possibly end up so doesnt sound like a good idea , just speaking from experience of seeing this happen
