Pressure Test

Hello all,
Have a question about the radiator pressure testing. When I put the pressure tester on the radiator, and give it 30 lbs of pressure. Will this test tell me if I am leaking coolant in head and intake gaskets? Do I want to test stone cold or warm. Any and all ideas will be greatly appreciated.

if you have a leak in the intake you will see coolant squirt out real hard if its internal you will see white smoke on start up! because if you had a bad head gasket the coolant would force into the cylinded and burn off!

take it easy on the tester 30 though lbs seems a little much i could be wrong though i think i only went up to around 16ish maybe 20 max
