WHat is the best THERMOSTAT for HAWAII?

i am going to change my thermostat this week. WHAT is the best therostat for HAWAII? it is ALWAYS hot and Humid. NO WINTERS IN HAWAII!

Also, when starting a car in the morning. when you look in the radiator, is the water moving(circulating) or is it motionless? I have a suspicion that my thermostat is FROZEN OPEN.

any other tips on cooling my car? IT IS ALWAYS HOT IN HAWAII!

if it always hot, i would try and run a 170 stat, and a fan switch with a 200 turn on and 185 turn off.

the think it should be flowing, but moving alittle because the water pump is moving anytime the engine is on, which would cause was movement of the coolant in the radiator.
