Temp Is Too High For Me!!!
I have a '91 z28 with the 350. Driving w/ the A/C on the car will eventually get up to like 240*+ in this damn Texas Heat. Both fans running all the time, new radiator, new water pump, new hoses, flushed system, new thermostat(180*), good air dam, nothing in between rad. and cond. to block air flow. Runs at good temp w/ A/C off. Don't know what else to do. Know it has good pressure, cuz after shutting car off at 240* it boils over in to the overflow tank. ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE!!!

Welcome to the club! I live in Houston and go throught the same thing every day--well used to--alum radiator is on the way! Custom built by Randy Pettey-- rpettey4@comcast.net --. This guy is great --will custom build almost anything--found him on e-bay--see example of the one I have coming for 385.00 + shipping! See example at :

Providing everything in the system is in good working order as U say it is, U are just plain exceding the capacity of the system. When U said U have a new radiator, do U know what kind it is? 1row, 2 row, 3 row, 4?copper/brass. If it is a copper/brass if it is a 2 row, that's not enough for Texas humidity and heat combined! You may need either a 3 or 4 row C/B rad or go to the inexpensive ( a couple places I've seen sell them for 115.00 to 130.00 on the internet) oem/modhine style 2 row small tube alum radiator. If U have any serious mods to the car U will probably have to go to a larger more expensive alum. rad.
