Extremely Fast Warm Up

Car normally warm up with in 10-15 minutes of idiling, so I was wondering if this is normal. I will start my car, and within a min or so the temp guage will be reading around 120, which I think is weird, considering that I have no thermostat in at the moment. Anyone have any thoughts? I just replaced the radiator also, stock.

That sounds great to me. You want a quick warm up time.
