Radiator Repair Question

I have an '85 Z28, 305 LG4, auto. The car overheats and leaks just after reaching operating temp. The only way to control that from happening is leaving the rad cap slightly undone. I've taken the rad out of the car, and it looks in very good condition, no visible defects except for some bent over fins.

Can the aluminum rads be repaired, or is it best to just buy new?

Thanks in advance.
