Hello there, I was wondering if anyone knew if any of the companies make a aluminum radiator that will work with a vortec blower on a 91 Z28. I ordered a Be-Cool at one point, but the top radiator hose sat right on top of the blower pulley. I have alot of cooling issues with this car so I was hoping to add an Alum rad to help it out. I am also planning on adding a new water pump too.

Thanks for any info

I'm ordering my new one from Tony at Charged Air Systems this week. I've copied his response to my question about doing a 90 top outlet.

Yes I can do that in aluminum for $25.

Thanks for the info, I will get ahold of them. Another question for you. What is the diameter for Paxtons air intake tube into the blower? Vortechs design drop the new air filter right in front of the drivers side wheel well, where the condenser is. This allows no fresh air flow. I've been pondering ideas of drilling holes in the fender to allow the wheel to push air in, but after seeing your picture I'm wondering if maybe I can't just get the paxton intake setup so I can use my stock air box. Thanks for any info.

As soon as I can figure out how to enable html in my signature I will post pictures.
