Josh, i doubt you will find cast iron. Number for camaro 89 tpi is 14084383, it is a solid dome however it is aluminum. Use the GM gasket, it has an impregenated silicone rubber seal as opposed to being a straight material gasket. They don't leak, and they don't need any goop when installing. I have had mine off a bunch of times and when I use the GM one I have never had a leak. The housings generally warp from overtorqueing. I saw one for a chevy at a local speed shop that had an O ring, maybe Mr. Gasket or Edelbrock(can't remember) but it was a shortie and had the wrong angle. Get the OE housing and gasket, torque it to spec and you should be fine.

your choices for iron are limited.... basicly you have to get the generic fits all one.... and that means plugs... i put it on my l03... if you paint it after you install the plugs, you wont notice them as much.
if looks matters that much to you, a choice for a nice beefy one (due to the wierd angle) is a billet or steel "swivel" one from the aftermarket... you can move it to get the proper angle.
personally, id get the iron and forget it.... but then again the l03 is just the putz around motor... its all fogged black... you cant really see it anyway... all my other motors have aftermarket housings.
