water pipes what are they for?

hi
does any one know what the two water pipes are for that come from underneath the sump and bolt via a bracket to the fuel pump blanking plate and lead to the radiator and heater matrix

please dont confuse these with the oil cooler pipes....these other pipes contain water....
any help would be appreciated as i cant get under car to trace them...

Or does anyone have a pic or link to a diagram of the cooling routing system (not a wiring diagram)(a pic of where all the pipes go )
I have tried a search but no luck only wiring diagrams found.
Thanks:

The factory oil cooler lines carry coolant, not oil.

Maybe a pic will help?

This is the best one that I have but I think I explained the routing somewhat...

seeing that diagram reminds me....
right above the t-stat housing underneath the throttle body is a pipe that looks like it should have a decent size hose (like heater hose size) hooked to it. What should be hooked up to this, and does it hurt anything not having anything there? Nothing is leaking from it, so I guess there is nothing hooked to the other end either. Is this where the coolant used to flow thru the intake and somebody already did the bypass mod?
