how can i keep my fans on?

im having a problem, my fans arent going on. new relays still wont kick on.

how can i jump it out so as soon as i start the car they are on?

it has a new thermostat and the dash guage doesnt work. need answer asap...thanks

yup, the old relay that was on there i could take the cap off and flick it by hand and they turn on.
