I did a little work on the project car. Feels weird to call it that now.
I am going to probably polish it a little this weekend to get the scratches out of it. Even the welder (who is a gearhead) was impressed how it came out.

Looks pretty good. I think with some polishing that will look insane.
Here's an idea. My dual Spal fans have some rubber flaps in the shroud above and below the fans. I assume those are there to help air move across the rad. when the car is cruising on the highway. Maybe you could add some slots in your shroud to take advantage of that idea. Just a thought...
BTW, what kind of radiator and how does that shroud attach to the rad? Are you able to retain your stock upper mount?

Northern brand. And dont bother with it, its WAAY too much work to get it to fit. I had to cut the lower radiator support and lower it 1" to get it to mount up. I am going to mount a small steel bar to raise the condenser so it mounts in the stock position. I dont know what I am going to do about a upper mounting. I will worry about that when I get there I guess and design something else.
Its going to get a few 90* tabs welded to the radiator that is going to get self tapping screws to secure it.
