I'm in a cold climate, but it can get hot. Since I own a 'vert, I left the AC alone and outdated. The problem I have is the fan only generates moderate air for comfort. In the winter I've still wanted some nice hot air, and when the engine IS running hot, I still don't seem to feel it in ECON mode.
Is this just typical or is something amiss?
Mine is a 'vert, but it should still warm out rather good. Mine is an odd case, having leaking bad seals that have worsened but the heat has never been strong. Cooling is on average I would say. Been some time since I was driving though...awaiting repairs
