would this be enough?
ive searched and didnt come up with anything.
im ditching my stock belt driven fan on my '84 z-28 and im going with a single electric fan set up
the motor isnt stock, its at about 250 HP
im looking at a 16" electric fan that puts out 2100CFM. would that combined with a drilled thermostat give me enough cooling power?
would it be better to run one big fan with alot of air movement or two smaller fans that combined together move the same amount of air?

i asked this to possibly get an answer, if noone knows if 2100 CFM is enough to cool off 250 HP then i guess ill just have to get it and try it out so at least someone on this board will know

Try and score a factory single fan setup from the junkyard.
No need to drill the thermostat (unless you want to freeze your a$$ off in the winter

thanks guys..
if i can get one from a junkyard that would be good but i dont know theres something about getting something brand new that i like doing with my cars, that way i know it works and its in the best condition it can be before i use it, i dont like getting used stuff..
as for drilling my thermostat i like the idea of having a small amount of flow through the system no matter what, and its my summer car and i wouldnt dare drive it in the winter

do not get a single fan set up from the tbi cars.. they are junk. go witht the dual fan set up from a tpi car.
i am thinking about going with a single black magic fan but dont know if the price is worth it..
