Dual fan Swap

There are a lot of Later model Pontiac, Buick and Oldsmobile vehicles at my local junkyard with dual fan set ups. They are all the 3.8 or 3.1 motors. Will these fan setups fit on a camaro ?

nothing you find will pop right in place. a lil fab work is always needed.
ive always found the best way to mount a set of fans is to drill some holes in the shroud and use those tranny cooler zip ties.
good luck.

Iroc fans?

Didn't IROCS come with a dual fan set up? can I swap them to my RS and what do I need to do it? does one fan relay cover both fans or do I need two? will I need to use the IROC wiring harness?

im not sure if the stock setup works off 2 relays or not. stock wiring has been long gone in my car.

to swap the fans, you will need:
1.another fan connector and some wiring
2.upper shroud
3. lower shroud
4. both fans.
grab bolts clips, washers, etc if you pull them yourself. always good to have extras handy if you ever need um.

Stock Dual fan setups had 2 relays, one for each fan.
I would try and get a pair of the newer style GM OEM relays with the weatherpack connectors since your fans are very vital to your cars operation.
