pressure blows off lower hose!

pressure blows off lower hose!
replaced waterpump, radiator hoses , radiator and thermostat and housing. test drove the car; drove fine never
got above 190 deg parked car shut off and the lower rad
hose blew off any ideas on whats going on appreciated

nevermind i found the set of vise grips my daughter had attached to my coolant overflow hose. yea made me angry.
but the time i spend with my 5 year old daughter now is priceless.
