How often is this suppose to be done? I heard like 30,000 miles.

Most people never do it at all until it is too late (rust in the antifreeze)
30,000 would be just fine. I change mine every 2 years

ive done it once sence i got the car a few months ago

are shop says every 30,000 miles...but me ill do it once a year...

i also have access to a cooling flush machine that works really well and rather simple to use.
