typical fan issue...HELP

I have searched and beat my head against the wall cause i can usually figure things out. Though for some reason i cant find what im supposed to find.

I am now a proud owner of a 91 z28 T5 305. There is only one leak in my cooling system and thats around my thermo. Its very little. I have a 160 deg installed and a brand new Rad. I dont like how hot it runs, She gets up to like 240-250 sometimes. I would like to do the fan mod but i cant find the wires that you all say to ground out. Pics or step by step would help.

Thanks

well on my 89 iroc the wires going to the switch one box is on front left of battery and the other is on the back right of battery. I just did this the other day it was easy. Just found the green/ white wire and stripped the insulation back on wire and connected the other wire to a ground source. took me 20min. hardest thing was trying to strip wire with a pockect knife..lol
