bypassing heater control valve
okay so i want to bypass this valve because i am getting no heat. Yes i did search. I have replaced the rad, water pump, thermostat, heatercore and still have no heat. I am getting no vacume to the heater control line. SO id rather just bypass it. What would i have to do to bypass it. Do i just run to the hardware store and get some sort of Pipe to connect all 3 tubes to?.

You're talking about the weird mushroom shaped valve with a few hose connections? Have you replaced the valve itself? I got no heat before as it was stuck in one position so no water went through it. I replaced it, and voila it all worked again. It also broke into many pieces when I took it apart. All the fittings broke off in the hoses which I had to clean out. Of course, that's if you haven't replaced the valve. If not, it's like 15 bucks.
Those valves are known problems, at least in any 3rd gen I've ever dealt with.
All the parts you replaced, truthfully, have no bearing over whether you have heat or not short of one of them having a huge hole and pouring water on the ground. The only parts that will truly have a bearing on heater control are the 2-3 hoses connected to the valve, the valve itself, the vacuum hose and the heater controls in the car.
As for the vacuum issue. You need to follow the vac line back through the firewall to where it leads and then whatever lines feed the hvac controls. Unless one of your lines is broken, it has to be getting vacuum. I know that on mine, when I disconenct the vac line at the valve it doesn't seem to have vacuum, but it does. For that fact, you should be able to manually create vacuum with a cheapo vacuum tester/bulb and see if the valve opens. However, if you haven't replaced the valve, I'd still lean towards it being the culprit. I'm just going on that assumption as you didn't state if you changed the valve or not.

i am going to go ahead and replace the valve, i took it out yesterday and tried to move it down . I beleive its stuck shut. I found a line that i can feed to the valve to pull vacume so it opens up the valve so i guess i'll just get the valve and go from there. Btw i didnt replace all the above listed because of my heating i just did it because they all started to go bad

The controls in the car are actuated with vacuum. Have you checked that out yet?
Where did you get that valve?
