Radiator Leak..

Found where I was leaking coolant

The radiator seems to have sprung a leak on the plastic side piece behind the upper radiator hose. Probably because I replaced a worn out water pump and thermostat. The location of the leak is next to a mounting point. Pin sized, but sprays hot coolant into my headlight housing

Would it be possible to JB weld the area to seal leaks? Because of the location I don't know. I'm sure the area saw a bit of flex from dips, potholes, speedbumps, driveways, ect. If it's possible, could a product recomendation be made?

She loses approx. 2 pints of water each day (driving only when necessary) The resivoir is always nearly bone dry. Replaced tstat w/ a 180, which doesnt open until about 210. I am assuming this is normal, because stock turn on is 234?

Heres to hoping this will solve my cooling troubles.

Most people say to drain coolant below the point of leak, clean thoroughly, apply sealant (JB weld I believe will work), let sit for a full 24 hours, then act like nothing happened.

I'm a little confused. Is the hole actually on the end tank then?
