fans on a 91 z

does anyone know if they offer a manual fan switch for the Lb9,slp makes one but it doesnt cover 1991,was wondering if one was out there aval. to buy,i cant get my second fan to kick in because of the low freon level, and dont really want to hard wire the fans in if i can get a harness,so i can turn both on when i get a little warm, with the one fan iam able to stay under 220 degrees but iam thinking ahead when summer gets here, ill need that other fan to work, any help or suggestions?

You should have one in the passenger side head from the factory. It might not kick in till after 220, you can get ones from your local store that kicks the second fan in earlier if needed. It just grounds the wire when it reaches temp. The buick guys use the same sensor just kicks in earlier around 205. Been awhile sence i played with mine

If your into prom burning you could swap the pins at the computer harness. And set the second fan(in the prom)to kick on when ever you want for total control of both fans. Thats what i did.

Try a couple searches there is alot of info on this site about what your wanting to do.
