Need help hooking fans to toggle switch

I installed a new 950 commander in my car and it doesn't work my fans. I took the old wiring harness out so all thats left is my fans running into a empty connector. How do I splice those wires into a toggle switch or any switch for that matter? Would I have to run 2 switches or can both be run with just one? Would it be best to just buy new universal fans?

Best method would be to reinstall the old harness and run switches to the existing relays.
