What CFM fan for a 350?

search didnt come up with a thing but im sure its been answered a couple hundred times...

what kind of CFM electric fan is needed to adequately cool a mild 350?

Ambient temps dont reach much more than 30*C on the hottest of days up here.

I was thinking of rigging up a big single fan just for the simplicity over a dual setup...
