Radiators blown

I've been leaking coolant for a while, believe its the radiator (drips right below it) Now this morning i filled it up with water/ antifreeze let i run for 10 mins and starts smoking from the radiator, so i know i gotta replace it now. What radiator will fit in my 89 2.8? I've searched with no results.

Just get a factory replacement from a local parts store.

Might wanna get Radiator hose's. That might even be the cause of your leak. Maybe some new hose clamps. Installation is a breeze. Unbolt the two bolts above the fan going into the fan shroud and the 4 on top of the core support, Lean the fan back out of the way, Undo the lines and hoses and pull the radiator right out. You might have to get a boxed end wrench.. (fuel line wrench) not sure of the name.. if the tranny lines are a little to tight.

Upper radiator hose is in good shape, im replacing the lower hose though.
Have the fuel line wrenches too and soaked the lines with liquid wrench. Whats the easiest way to get the hoses off? without cutting them!

make sure you get those tranny cooler lines back in GNT (good n' tight). other wise you will leak fluid all over the place. also take your time and get the threads lined up correctly, if you encounter any resistance going in, STOP, and try again. cross threaded line fittings are not fun!
