31 oir 39 inches is what some guy told me, so I was wondering if this was right and if so which one would fit my car?

Car: 1991 pro street formula
Engine: 355
Transmission: turbo 350 w/ 3200 stall
Axle/Gears: 9" ford detroit locker w/ 456
31" x 19" is common for universals. the stock size is closer to 30" x 16" i believe. the unviersal size does not fit in the factory mounts.
