I used to have a 305tbi that i am now replacing with a 383 carbed. im about to put my 383 into my camaro but while i have the 383 and 305 out i want to switch over all the sensor and cooling pieces that i need. what do i need to put onto my new block for the cooling fan to come on automatically like it used to? my weiland intake has a port in the front where i can put an aftermarket cooling temp senor(i think) so do i need one of those?. my old 305 has a 180* cooling fan switch on the p/s of the block and a 180* thermo. i just need to know how to set this cooling system up to where it comes on without a manual fan switch. any input appreciated thanks
