dual fan staying on

dual fan staying on
Hey I have an 88 Iroc, 350 swap with the TPI, AC and Smog Delete and Headers. I have the Jet fan switch installed for about 6k miles now and the AC out for about the same.
Just today my fan (passenger side) starting staying on even after I cut the ignition and took the keys out. I checked the switch and it looks fine, so I popped the relay out to conserve my battery for now.
You guys thing the relays bad or something?
Help before I drive my car off a cliff
