Easiest way to change thermostat

I tried searching but came up with nothing, so figured I'd ask. I need to change my thermostat from a 160 to a 180, and want to know the easiest way to do it. It looks like I could either pull the compressor, or the throttle body. A friend of mine put the 160 in when we were changing the water pump, so there was a lot less on the front of the engine then.

Just follow the upper radiator hose from the radiator to the engine. Once you hit the motor there is the thermostat housing. Take the two bolts off and scrape the gasket off. Put in thermostat and bolt back down. Fill with coolant and yer good to go. 10 minute job.

Yeah I don't recall pulling anything to get to the thermostat bolts.
