what dual electric fan.....

..should I be running in my LG4? Flex-a-lite doesnt list a direct replacement for camaros and I was wondering if anyone here had already found a good replacement. Definitly interested in dual fans only, thanks!

Re: what dual electric fan.....

you can go to 4th GEN (LS1) Dual Thermo fans they seem to be the best upgrade with very little modifications to make them fit.

I've heard about the LS/LT1 fans, but I also want to know what dual flex-a-lite fans people are running

Re: what dual electric fan.....

I have the same question. I am replacing a 20 year old stock dual fan set-up in an `88 Iroc 383 TPI and want to know if I should hook up the new dual fans to the factory wiring or use new relays and install kits.

Re: what dual electric fan.....

make a small custom system and tap it into the old wiring that way you dont need to make a hole new fan loom and you can revert back to stock real easy.

Hope it helps.

EDIT: and yes i know fan 1 is hooked upto relay 2 (it was a stuff up when i made the picture 3 months ago).

Re: what dual electric fan.....

I ordered a 12" Perma Cool #771-19008 from Jegs for $99 that flows 3000cfm, the highest for any single fan I found. I am only replacing the primary fan now, the fan for the air cond. was replaced a few years ago. My primary is the original, lasted quite a long time. Jegs has a better selection of fans than Summit.
