What's the trick to installing an orifice tube?
I got a new orifice tube from NAPA, should be a good one. I cannot seem to push it in far enough. Takes so much effort the screen part of the tube bends / folds up.
I got the old one out ok, with a pair of needle nose pliers, isn't that supposed to be the hard part?
What am I not doing right to get the new one in?
Need help bad!!!
Thanks Guys!

I guess it's the right one, the number on the package is the same one listed on the NAPA part look up web site.
Looks the same as the one that came out.
I borrowed a orifice valve remover tool from Autozone. It's a little tube with tabs that grab the ears on the valve. Used the tube to get a little longer bite on the valve and gave it heck. It cleared a little sticky point, then went on in like I would have thought it should. Hope it either comes back out, or better yet, I never have to pull it back out.
