ok now i have a 92 firebird V6 with 202hp (add-ons and mods), i was driving and hit tarffic and turn the AC on 10 mins later the AC started to blow hot air and i look at the temp guage 258 so let it cool and the notice the fan would not turn on at all the only way i got it on was by hardwire to the battery and now with a new relay, fan and fan motor the car just overheats in 30 mins of idle and the fan never turns no even with the AC on HELP PLZ i where i live its like 90-100 degrees

 

You could have a bad fan switch or have you looked for blown fuses?
