no heat

heres the problem the blower motor works fine but blows out cold air. the vent door works fine. the heater hoses going to the heater core are not even geting hot at all so i changed the core and there are still not geting hot. the engine runs normal operating temp. the heater core hoses come from the top of the water pump and the other to the top of the radiator. no control valve. i noticed a small leak in the top of the radiator only drips when i turn the engine off. another thing is that i can even take off the radiator cap at 210 degrees and there is no pressure. coolent is full any ideas i hate when things go bad right befor winter.
